My name is Boonie Payne and I am a federally and state licensed rehabber in Arkansas. I just received a snow owl from Quitman , Arkansas . She was brought to me 11-27-2005 by game warden and is a magnificent bird. Although she is quite emaciated right now (weighs only 2lb and 1 oz.l you saw in Eureka Springs ? I am wanting to think this bird may be the one you spotted last January.
